Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days before shipping. We appreciate your patience as each piece is thoughtfully prepared just for you!
💳 What is your refund policy?
We accept refund requests within 10 business days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition you received them
• Returned before a refund is issued
After 10 days, we are unable to offer a refund.
📦 Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only accepted if your item is defective or damaged. In that case, we’ll replace it with the same item. Please reach out to us at truewordthreads@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Orders
❌ Are custom or personalized orders refundable?
Because of their unique nature, customized, personalized, or monogrammed items are non-refundable unless a mistake was made during creation. If that happens, we’ll absolutely take care of you!
👚 How should I wash my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking its best:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Tumble dry on low heat
💕 Do you carry extended sizes?
Yes! We offer sizes up to 3X. If you need a size we don’t currently list, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
